Mid-Winter Blues Concert

The Federated Church of Berlin, 192 E. Huron, will hold its second Mid-Winter Concert on Saturday, March 6 beginning at 7:00 p.m. 

The concert will feature “Bent Grass,” a  band that plays “blue grass with a twist.”  The Bent Grass Band is comprised of four musicians: Dave Sladek, Vocals, Deering GDL Banjo, 1937 Regal Dobro; Mark Wellens, Vocals, Martin J40 Guitar; Mike Strenski, Vocals, Eberly Upright Bass; and Joe Hannon, Vocals, Fender Mandolin.

  It has been said that the guys from Bent Grass “have a connection with people that transcends music.  They genuinely love to perform and will have you smiling from start to finish.  The mix of bluegrass with old hits brings everyone to their feet.”
