This committee is responsible for making regular contact with the clergy of the Association. This includes clergy who are currently serving churches and specialized ministries as well as interim pastors and retired clergy. The committee is also responsible for the Association Clergy Day and Retired Clergy Day. Representatives to the committee will also, in pairs, meet with individual clergy as they conclude their first and fifth years in their current position and then in five year intervals to provide them with an opportunity to reflect on their personal, profession and spiritual lives. Representatives to this committee would also attend meetings, usually held at the Association office, approximately six to eight times a year.
